Meet Rocky
Rocky Morris is the owner of Rocky’s Lake Estate—and he fell in love with the property the first time he saw it. What started as a dream to build a home, raise a family, and enjoy the natural beauty of Woodstock became a lifelong project. Rocky worked for years to save enough to buy the land, and when the owner finally agreed to sell, he asked for just one thing: wait a couple weeks to sign the paperwork—Rocky was 17, and needed to turn 18 to legally own it.
After purchasing the property, Rocky poured his time and heart into shaping it. He built a home, raised his family there, and carefully created what the estate is today—adding the lake, gazebo, fountains, a climate-controlled pavilion, and countless landscaping details along the way. One priority always stayed the same: protecting the surrounding forest and preserving the land’s original beauty.
Today, Rocky still lives on the property. It’s more than a venue to him—it’s home, history, and legacy. And now, he’s opening it up so others can create their own once-in-a-lifetime memories here.

About the Venue
Rocky’s Lake Estate is a private, 12-acre lakefront property in Woodstock, Georgia—created with intention, shaped over time, and designed to feel both elevated and inviting. The estate features iron gates at the entrance, a sparkling lake with a gazebo and fountains, and a large rustic-yet-modern, climate-controlled pavilion that makes it easy to celebrate in comfort. One of the property’s highest priorities has always been preserving the surrounding forest in its original, pristine condition, which gives the venue its peaceful, tucked-away feel. From ceremony to reception, every space is meant to flow naturally—so your wedding or special event feels warm, beautiful, and unforgettable.
